Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can independently manage end-to-end accounts

and compliance for our growing e-commerce fashion brand. The role requires strong hands-on

knowledge of Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime, GST, TDS, Payroll, and daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

? Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally on a daily basis

? Prepare and file GST returns, manage monthly reconciliation on the portal

? Prepare and file TDS returns (monthly/quarterly)

? Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and follow-ups

? Prepare sales invoices and maintain inventory books

? Manage petty cash expenses and daily sale/purchase reports

? Handle Payroll, Salary Sheets, ESI & EPF calculations and filings

? Coordinate with auditors for financial and statutory compliance

? Generate monthly MIS and provide financial data support to management

Key Skills & Requirements

? 5+ years of accounting experience (experience in an E-commerce / Retail setup

preferred)

? Strong command of Tally ERP9/Tally Prime

? Good knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI/EPF & Payroll

? Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office

? Ability to manage accounts independently with minimal supervision

? Strong communication and reporting skills
