Key Responsibilities
Manage AR & AP processes, invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Zoho.
Prepare monthly/annual statements and support audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance.
2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
Strong knowledge of AR, AP, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho, and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of tax filings, payroll, and audits.
