About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit support, with prior exposure to working in a CA firm. This role demands strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage statutory compliance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Review & Ledger Scrutiny Review and finalize accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and reconciliations to identify and rectify discrepancies. Taxation & Compliance Prepare and file GST returns, ensure timely reconciliation, and handle related queries. Manage Income Tax filings for individuals, firms, and companies. Oversee TDS compliance including calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing. Assist in Income Tax Audits, prepare audit schedules, and coordinate with auditors. ROC Compliance Handle company compliances including annual filings, audit-related forms, and other statutory requirements with MCA. Audit & Advisory Support statutory and tax audits. Provide insights and recommendations for financial process improvements.
Requirements

Education: B.Com/M.Com Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting & compliance, with at least 1 year of experience in a CA firm (required). Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and ROC compliance. Proficiency in accounting software Tally. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills

Exposure to CA firm compliance. Good communication and client-handling skills. Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
