Hiring: Accountant - Pre-Owned Car Division (Jolly Motors)

Job Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Accountant

for our

Used Car Division

, who is experienced in automotive accounting practices and well-versed in taxation, reconciliation, and loan/ERP processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accounts in

Tally (latest version)

Handle

TDS, GST & TCS

filings and compliance Prepare

monthly balance sheets

and financial statements Perform

Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

regularly Manage and close

car loans

and track financing records Coordinate and draft

Company-to-Bank agreements

Work on

ERP entries

related to vehicle sales, purchase & expenses Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and statutory dues Assist in

internal and external audits

Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance

2+ years

of relevant accounting experience (Automobile industry preferred) Proficiency in

Tally Prime

, GST portals, and Microsoft Excel Understanding of

used car transactions

and

loan processes

Knowledge of

RTO documentation

and its financial implications (preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills

Working Hours:

Full-time | 10 AM - 7:30` PM | 6 Days a Week

Based on experience and interview performance
