Job Summary
The Senior Accounts Executive will handle end-to-end accounting, billing, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for a facility-management / hygiene-services company. This role ensures accurate bookkeeping, timely invoicing, cost control, and smooth financial operations across multiple client sites.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Financial Management
Maintain all accounting entries in Tally/ERP -- receipts, payments, purchase, sales, JV, bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reports for management.
Manage accounts payable and receivable; follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain petty cash and site-wise expense tracking.
2. Billing & Client Coordination
Prepare monthly invoices for client sites based on manpower deployment / service agreements.
Verify attendance sheets received from site supervisors before billing.
Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients and follow up for payments.
Coordinate with operations team for any billing adjustments or additions.
3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Coordinate payroll processing for housekeeping / hygiene staff (site-wise).
Calculate overtime, weekly-offs, and deductions based on site reports.
Ensure statutory compliance:
PF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST
Generate and file monthly returns
Maintain compliance documents for audits
Handle vendor payments and TDS deductions.
4. Vendor Management & Purchases
Maintain vendor invoices, purchase orders, and material inward statements.
Verify stock / materials supplied to sites.
Reconcile vendor accounts and prepare payment schedules.
5. Reporting & Audit Support
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports (cash flow, outstanding, site profitability).
Support internal and external audits by providing required statements.
Maintain proper documentation for agreements, compliance, and accounts.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
Tally ERP / Tally Prime / Excel
Good understanding of
GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, payroll
Ability to manage accounts independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
