Job Position - Senior Accounts Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:-

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledgers, sub-ledgers, and other financial documents.

Recording all financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.

Ensuring that all financial records are properly organized and easily accessible.

Preparing financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow

statements.

Preparing reports for management properly and on time.

Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

Monitoring actual performance against budgets and forecasts.

Implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Reconciling bank accounts and other financial accounts.

Processing payments and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Working with auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Providing financial advice to management.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree:

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance

Experience:

5 -7 years of experience in accounting field

Accounting Software Proficiency:

Experience with accounting software like Tally is highly valued.

Other Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools is also essential.

Language Skills:

While not always explicitly mentioned, proficiency in English and Malayalam can be an advantage, especially in certain roles.
