Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliances. This is a core finance role requiring consistency, accuracy, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting including entries, ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures
Handle all statutory compliances such as:
GST returns filing (monthly/quarterly)
TDS deduction, payment, and return filing
Advance Tax computation and payments
Income Tax estimation and coordination for filing
Maintain records for audit and year-end financial finalization
Coordinate with external CAs and auditors for filings and finalization
Monitor accounts receivable and payable; follow up as required
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and continuity in accounting operations
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and statutory compliance
Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and Income Tax
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
Comfortable with structured office working hours and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Key Skills:
Tally / ERP or similar accounting software
GST & TDS compliance and filings
Advance Tax & Income Tax Understanding
Bank reconciliation & account finalization
Payroll Basics
Audit Coordination
Receivables & Payables Management
Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level preferred)
Ability to Work Independently
This role is strictly in office, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Are you comfortable with this schedule?
