Position: Sr. Accountant

Location: Vashi

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

day-to-day accounting operations

including

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation

. Prepare and review

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. Develop, implement, and monitor

annual budgets

in coordination with management and departmental heads. Conduct

budget variance analysis

and provide actionable insights to support financial decision-making. Manage

cash flow, forecasting, and working capital

to ensure business liquidity and efficiency. Supervise the accounts team in handling

journal entries, vendor payments, payroll accounting, and statutory compliance

. Ensure timely

GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings

in accordance with government regulations. Perform

ledger scrutiny

,

periodic audits

, and maintain proper documentation for internal and statutory purposes. Coordinate with

banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments

for smooth financial operations and audits. Generate and present

MIS reports, cost analysis, and financial performance reports

to management. Assist in

strategic financial planning

and continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls. Lead

year-end closing activities

and coordinate with statutory auditors for finalization of accounts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Experience:

Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
