Are you a detail-focused finance professional with 3-5 years of experience? VOYE HOMES is looking for a

Senior Accountant Executive

to support smooth financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver accurate financial insights for a rapidly growing hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting activities, including reconciliation of bank, UPI, payment gateway, and pay-at-property transactions Oversee vendor payments, credit transactions, petty cash, and settlements with service partners Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Support weekly MIS reports, budget monitoring, and variance analysis Ensure timely statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, and PF Prepare and file GST returns (monthly and annual), TDS returns, and Income Tax returns Handle ESI and PF filings in accordance with applicable labor laws Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audit processes Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes Contribute to strengthening financial processes and internal control systems
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality or real estate Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance requirements Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, and PF procedures Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, including basic formulas and data management High level of accuracy, strong time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to clearly communicate financial data to reporting managers Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
