Job Title: Senior Accountant - GST

Location: Kochi Employment

Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Accountant - GST to manage GST compliance, filings, and reporting for our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in GST reconciliation, statutory reporting, and ensuring timely compliance with all tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and other GST returns accurately and on time.

Maintain GST ledgers, registers, and statutory records.

Reconcile input tax credit and output tax liabilities.

Assist with internal and statutory audits

Stay updated on GST laws, amendments, and notifications.

Mentor junior accounting staff on GST compliance and accounting best practices.

Qualifications & Skills: CA / CMA / M.Com in Accounting/Finance.

3-5 years of experience in accounting, with strong GST knowledge.

Proficient in Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software. Excellent MS Excel skills and familiarity with GSTN portal.

Strong attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset.
