Initial job location is Trivandrum. After the initial period, your work location will be Sri Lanka.
Software Requirement:
Experienced in Tally (Tally ERP/Tally Prime)
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Manage daily accounting entries in
Tally
including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
Maintain accurate general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
2. Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate MIS reports and assist management with financial analysis.
Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.
3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, PF/ESI (if applicable).
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and timely filing of all returns.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and year-end audits.
4. Payroll & Documentation
Oversee payroll processing and maintain employee records (if required).
Manage invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and other accounting documentation.
Maintain organized and updated financial records.
5. Coordination & Support
Liaise with vendors, clients, banks, and internal departments.
Support senior management with financial planning and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
3-6 years of accounting experience
with strong hands-on knowledge of
Tally ERP/Tally Prime
.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and compliances.
Good proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
