Senior Accountant

to join our growing finance team. This is a

Work-from-Home (WFH)

position tailored for candidates based in India, offering the flexibility of remote work while engaging with international operations.

Accountant will be responsible for overseeing Accounting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and mentoring junior staff.

Managing daily book keeping by properly recording transactions across multiple locations with proper documentation All functions related to Customer/Vendor Management in ERP All functions related to Cash, Petty Cash and Banking activities Perform regular reconciliations of GL accounts Organize expenses into relevant categories Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless transactional clarification and execution Assist with Tax return files and Tax Audits Preparation and maintenance of Tax-related documents of IIPD India office to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Maintain all related records of Tax Return files Support month-end and year-end closing process Assist in preparation of Monthly/Quarterly and Yearly financial reports. Team up with ERP support team to resolve system related issues timely and efficiently Maintain accurate records in Excel and other tools in use within the company Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting Minimum 4

-6 years

of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to UAE or Gulf operations Strong knowledge of

IFRS

,

VAT regulations

, and

Gulf statutory compliance

Proficiency in accounting software (Odoo ERP) and remote collaboration tools (Excel, MS Teams, etc.) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely Preference for candidates with experience in hospitality, marine services, or multi-entity setups

10.30 to 19.30 India time Gulf Standard Time (GST) alignment

Compensation:

Competitive package based on experience and qualifications

Start Date:

Immediate / One month notice period

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
