Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Prepare and analyze financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate transaction records.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Process invoices, payments, and vendor management tasks.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Prepare tax returns and assist in tax planning.
Support management with financial data and cost analysis.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, or other accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
CA Inter / CMA Inter (optional)
Experience in handling payroll and statutory returns
Knowledge of advanced Excel functions
