Job Description

Lead and manage the entire Accounts & Finance Department, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits as per regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with Stock Exchange regulations and related guidelines.

Manage GST, Income Tax, Labour Laws, SEBI regulations, and other statutory compliances.

Draft and review various professional correspondences, notices, and representations.

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliancerelated to stock broking activities.

Manage stock exchange operations including margin requirements, clearing exposure, and settlement processes.

Handle banking credit facilities - both fund-based and non-fund-based.

Take independent and initiative-driven responsibility for compliance, audits, and financial management.

Ensure compliance with IND-AS standards and share accounting for NSE & BSE members.

Ensure statutory compliances for Listed, Limited, and Private Limited companies.

Prepare and finalize Board/Committee/General Meeting Minutes as per the Companies Act & SEBI regulations.

Handle Company Law and MCA-related matters, including filings, approvals, and compliance tracking.

Draft and review legal and corporate documents, resolutions, and agreements.

Manage XBRL filings and other MCA formalities within prescribed timelines.

Provide corporate secretarial and governance guidance to the management.

Liaise with statutory authorities, SEBI, ROC, Stock Exchanges, and auditors.

Must have hands-on experience with LODR (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements).

Keep updated with amendments in Company Law, SEBI, and other corporate regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must have worked in a managerial position, handling the entire Accounts & Finance Department.

Experience in a Listed or Private Limited Company is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of Audit, Taxation, GST, SEBI, and Stock Exchange Regulations.

Proven experience in banking operations, credit facilities, and compliance reporting.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.

In-depth understanding of Company Law, MCA procedures, SEBI regulations, and XBRL filing.

Excellent drafting and communication skills for legal, audit, and secretarial documentation.

Ability to handle multiple entities (Listed, Limited & Private Limited).


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,400,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
