Vacancy for accounts specialist in HMR Spedition Pvt. Ltd. is a Customs Clearance and Freight forwarding company based in New Delhi.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for Export/Import senior Account.

As an Export/Import senior Account, you will be responsible for managing below tasks.

Tasks:

Proficiency in Tally (Entry of bank statement, sales, purchase e.t.c.)

Creation of Export Invoices and Packing List.

Filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B

Creation and submission of TDS challan

Knowledge of ITR (individual and corporate)

Knowledge of Exports and Customs clearance documents.

Proper understanding of Invoice, packing list, HAWB, MAWB and shipment flow.

Coordinate with bank for inward remittance and issuance of BRC.

Knowledge of E-way bill.

Maintain creditor and debtor's ledger and outstanding.

Timely Submission of export document to bank.

Preparation of debtors outstanding and alerting them for payment.

Qualifications:

A graduate person with an experience of at least 5 years

Complete Knowledge of Tally prime.

Knowledge of GST returns filing.

Have good knowledge of export/import.

Knowledge of checklist approval to CHA.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Detail-oriented and organized approach to work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
