Job Description

Role: Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

1. MIS (Monthly, Quarterly)

2. TDS Knowledge - should have knowledge about TDS deduction, payment and filing

3. Branch Entry and reconciliation.

4. E-Invoicing knowledge

5. Statutory Compliance (ROC) - Provide documents / details to CS for ROC filings.

6. Communication skill - should be able to write emails, coordinate Bankers etc.

7. Statutory Compliance (Tax Audit, Income Tax Proceedings)

8. Banking Compliance (Stock/Debtor Monitoring & Reports for CC Limit / Stock Audit etc.)

9. Balance Sheet Finalization

10. Monitoring of Daily accounting/Operational activities/vouching/internal audit/taxation.

11. Monthly GST Reconciliation, Liability Computation & Returns.

12. ESIC, EPF Monthly Liability Deposition & monthly Returns.

13. Obtaining BG's, LC's from Bank

14. Bank Reconciliations, Vendor Payment & allocation, Debtors allocation.

15. Monthly Salary Checking / Audit & Disbursement.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Relevant education:

Pursuing or completed a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in Accounting Software

Familiarity with accounting software such as

Busy and Advance Excel - Pivot tables, VLOOKUP.

Experience -

1 year to 5 year's

CTC -

7,20,000/- annually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?720,000.00 per year
