Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Accounting Manager

to manage end-to-end accounting operations, lead the accounts team, handle banking and audits, and ensure statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in accounting, GST, and financial coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the

accounts and finance team

Handle

banking operations

, including liaison with banks Perform and review

bank reconciliations

on a regular basis Manage

end-to-end auditing process

(internal and external audits) Ensure timely and accurate

GST compliance

(returns, reconciliation, filings) Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders Oversee

day-to-day accounting operations

and finalization of accounts Ensure compliance with

statutory and regulatory requirements

Monitor financial controls, reporting, and documentation Support management with financial insights and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce / Accounting / Finance

Professional qualification (CA / CMA / Semi-qualified CA) - preferred*
Strong knowledge of

GST, auditing, and banking processes

Experience in

team handling and coordination

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar) Good communication and leadership skills

Experience

5-8 years

of relevant experience in accounting and finance Prior experience in a

managerial or senior accounting role

residing near Lake Town

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
