About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant - Corporate Finance who will collaborate closely with the financial team to oversee end-to-end accounting operations for the group company. This role will involve managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic corporate finance initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end accounting and finance operations for India and USA entities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closings.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings (India) and US GAAP, sales tax, federal/state regulations (USA).
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and currency conversions.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with local and global standards.
• Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and tax advisors in both India and the US.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure timely filing of returns, including TDS, GST, 26AS (India) and 1099, W-9, etc. (USA).
• Support cash flow management, banking activities, and audit requirements.
• Implement internal controls and recommend process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with exposure to both Indian and US accounting practices.
• Solid knowledge of Indian GAAP, US GAAP, and compliance regulations.
• Experience in the IT industry or with companies having international operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle cross-border collaboration across time zones.

Location: Bangalore (Remote)
Shift Timings: U.K. Shift (1:30 PM IST - 10:30 PM IST)
