Senior Accountant

to manage our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end accounting operations

, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Maintain and reconcile books of accounts on a

daily, weekly, and monthly basis

. Prepare

financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets

for management review. Oversee

taxation processes

, including GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Manage

bank reconciliations, fund flows, and cash flow statements

. Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for smooth financial audits. Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-up with clients and vendors. Develop cost-effective accounting systems and maintain accurate financial records. Provide strategic inputs for

financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

. Ensure compliance with all accounting principles, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Key Requirements:

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA in Finance or related field.

Experience:

Minimum

5-8 years

of accounting experience, preferably in

coal trading, commodity trading, or manufacturing industries

.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and MS Excel

. Hands-on experience in preparing

P&L statements, balance sheets, and tax returns

.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and team management abilities. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
