Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and financial performance against budget, forecast, and actual results. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis. Conduct financial analyses on capital expenditures, cost? saving initiatives, and other business projects. Develop and implement cost accounting methodologies, including standard costing and activity? based costing. Collaborate with cross?functional teams to identify and implement cost?saving opportunities. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Continuously monitor and improve accounting processes and systems to streamline Support in internal and cost audits, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory norms. Prepare management reports including MIS, variance analysis, and performance reports. Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly/quarterly financial reports. Coordinate with finance, operations, and production teams for cost data collection. Present analytical reports and recommendations to management.

Additional (Optional) Responsibilities

Assist in GST, TDS, and tax-related documentation. Participate in financial planning and risk management initiatives. Support process improvement and automation projects.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
