experienced Senior Accountant

to head our finance and accounts operations. This is a key leadership role that will ensure financial discipline and support management in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire accounts & finance function for civil and infrastructure projects Oversee vendor and contractor billing, purchase orders, and payment approvals Manage GST, TDS, statutory filings, and ensure audit compliance Prepare budgets, project-wise costing, and cash-flow projections Deliver timely MIS and financial reports to management Monitor cost control and ensure proper utilisation of funds across projects Supervise, mentor, and guide the accounts team Act as a financial advisor to top management on project and company-level decisions

Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) or equivalent qualification

10-12 years of proven experience

in accounts, preferably within the civil construction or infrastructure industry In-depth knowledge of project-based accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting/ERP tools Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage financial operations end-to-end

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
