We are looking for a Senior Accountant (CA) with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience to manage accounting operations, taxation, compliance, and coordination across teams. The role involves team supervision, vendor management, payroll review, and statutory compliance, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities:-
Accounting & Financial Management
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts
Review journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Handle GST compliance - GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, notices
Manage TDS compliances - deduction, return filing, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with Income Tax provisions and coordinate for tax audits
Liaison with statutory authorities and auditors as required
Team Handling & Supervision
Lead and supervise accounts team (Accountants / Executives)
Review team work for accuracy and compliance
Assign tasks, set timelines, and ensure productivity
Provide guidance and training to junior staff
Coordination with Internal & External Teams
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Operations, Sales, Projects)
Liaison with external consultants, auditors, and bankers
Ensure smooth information flow for audits, compliances, and reporting
Vendor Management
Review and approve vendor invoices
Ensure timely vendor payments
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain strong vendor relationships and compliance documentation
Payroll & Salary Coordination
Review monthly payroll processing
Ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS) are correctly calculated and applied
Coordinate with HR for salary, incentives, and final settlements
Audit & Compliance Support
Support statutory, internal, and tax audits
Ensure audit observations are resolved timely
Implement process improvements for compliance and control
Skills & requirements:-
Educational Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
Graduate in Commerce / B.Com / BBA / Finance - Preferred
Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
Experience in handling taxation, compliance, and team supervision
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally / ERP)
Good command over MS Excel and financial reporting

Working hours:- 10:00am to 7:00pm
Salary & benefits:- 70k - 1lakh/month
