Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Accountant

with hands-on experience in

CA firm operations and travel industry accounting

. The candidate should be capable of independently managing books of accounts, statutory filings, and audit support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-end

accounting & bookkeeping

in

Tally (Prime/ERP)

Daily sales & purchase entries

(travel invoices, service charges, commissions)

Bank statement entries & Bank Reconciliation (BRS)

on a daily/monthly basis

GST compliance for travel industry

, including: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing 2B reconciliation Understanding of

tour operator / service GST structure

Income Tax Return (ITR) filing

- Individuals, Firms & Companies

TDS / TCS

calculation, return filing & compliance Handling

audit support work

, working papers, and audit queries Preparation of MIS reports, ledgers, and compliance trackers Coordination with

CA, auditors, clients, and internal teams

Eligibility & Experience

Minimum

3 years of experience

in a

CA firm / accounting firm / travel company accounts

Strong command over

Tally

Practical working knowledge of

GST, Income Tax & TDS/TCS

Experience in

service-sector / travel & tourism accounting

preferred Ability to handle

multiple entities and client accounts independently

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

B.Com / M.Com Good knowledge of

Excel & MIS reporting

Strong documentation and compliance mindset Good communication and coordination skills
