Job Summary

We are looking for a Accountant with 7-10 years of experience, preferably in the

Textile industry

, to handle Balance Sheet accounting, statutory compliance, and monthly financial reporting. The ideal candidate must be familiar with textile-specific costing, inventory processes, and vendor accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review

Balance Sheets

and conduct monthly reconciliations. Manage

General Ledger

, journal entries, accruals, and month-end closing activities. Handle

PT, TDS, GST

calculations, payments, and

monthly return filing

. Oversee

textile industry accounting

, including yarn/fabric inventory, job-work accounting, and vendor reconciliations. Prepare and present

Monthly MIS reports

with cost and variance analysis. Coordinate with production, purchase, and store departments for accurate financial entries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (

B.Com/MBA/CA Inter

preferred).

7-10 years

of accounting experience, with at least

5+ years in the Textile industry

. Strong knowledge of PT, TDS, GST, monthly returns, and Balance Sheet finalization. Experience with inventory-heavy environments and costing processes. Proficient with Excel and accounting software (SAP/Tally/ERP).
