Key Responsibilities
Independently manage
day-to-day accounting
in Tally
Finalisation of
Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet
Handle
GST compliance
(returns, reconciliation, notices)
Manage
TDS and Income Tax
related work
Coordinate directly with
CA, auditors, and consultants
Prepare
MIS and management reports
using Excel
Handle
manufacturing & trading accounting
, including inventory and stock records
Ensure
accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
Proactively highlight discrepancies and risks to management
Mandatory Requirements
4-5 years of relevant accounting experience
Hands-on proficiency in Tally (mandatory)
Working knowledge of
Excel
Experience in
manufacturing and trading firms
Ability to work
fully independently
Experience handling
audits and statutory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
M.Com or CA Inter
(preferred, not mandatory)
Location Requirement
Candidate must be
based in or near Bargarh
Must be able to
commute daily
