Job Description

We are a rapidly growing food and beverage distribution company with three active branches. To strengthen our finance team, we're hiring a Senior Accountant who will work closely under the Accounts Manager and assist in managing full-scope accounting, reporting, and compliance across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Accounts Manager in branch-level and consolidated financial operations Prepare and analyze Financial Statements, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Reports Handle Budgeting, Forecasting, and Costing for all locations Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock reconciliation Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) Perform Ledger Reconciliation and manage vendor/customer accounts Support Internal & External Audits and ensure audit readiness Monitor KPI performance and assist in business planning Manage Debt & Credit Control and ensure timely collections Track and report on Assets, Depreciation, and Investment Plans Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial efficiency improvements Maintain excellent documentation for financial transparency and control
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com) Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting (FMCG or distribution preferred) Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Reports) Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Financial Reporting & Compliance Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under supervision
