Work closely with Chartered Accountants to ensure proper tax planning and statutory compliance.
Mentor, guide, and evaluate the performance of the accounts team to ensure productivity.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Minimum
5 to 7 years
of relevant experience in core accounting and team handling.
