Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AR, AP, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Maintain accounting records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies Supervise and review work of accounts and finance team members Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts Monitor budget performance and analyze variances Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions Assist management with cost control and profitability improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities Manage tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting Ensure internal controls and financial policies are followed Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies Oversee credit control and debt management Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives Train, mentor, and evaluate finance and accounts staff Improve financial systems, processes, and controls

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience in a senior accounts or finance management role Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills Proficiency in accounting software, Tally Prime, ERP systems, and MS Excel Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
