Role Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead client accounts, create social media strategies, manage teams, and ensure smooth execution of brand projects. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and experience in handling content and shoot workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop social media strategies and monthly content plans.
Manage client communication and maintain strong relationships.
Lead end-to-end campaign and content execution.
Manage and mentor junior team members.
Coordinate brand shoots and video/content production.
Monitor social media performance and share insights.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Account Management or Social Media Strategy (agency preferred).
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and content trends.
Proven client servicing and communication skills.
Team leadership experience.
Hands-on experience with shoots and content production.
Analytical, organised, proactive, and accountable.
