Job Description

- Senior Accounts & CA Complaints Handling Staff



Position: Senior Accounts Manager



Department: Accounts & Audit



Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA Final



Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in accounting and GST filing



Key Responsibilities:



Accounts Management Day-to-day accounting entries and ledger maintenance (Tally). Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring. Preparation of profit & loss account, balance sheet, and financial statements.

GST & Taxation



Monthly GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9). TDS calculation and return filing. Coordinating with CA and audit teams for GST audits and assessments.

Audit & Documentation



Preparing documents required for internal and statutory audits. Handling all communications and queries related to CA/auditor office. Maintain proper records and documentation for compliance.

Complaint Handling (CA / Auditing Related)



Address and resolve CA or auditor-related complaints effectively. Communicate with the audit office for clarifications and documentation support. Compliance & Reporting Ensure timely compliance with government regulations.

Required Skills:



Strong knowledge in GST, TDS, and general accounting principles. Experience in handling audit documents and liaising with CA firms. Good communication and documentation skills. Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
