We are looking for a highly competent and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager (CA) to manage the financial health and reporting of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, finance, tax compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Liaise with internal and external auditors and handle audit requirements Monitor accounts receivable/payable and cash flow management Coordinate with various departments to ensure financial discipline Develop internal control policies and procedures Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance reports Provide insights and support to senior management for financial decision-making Manage and mentor junior accountants or team members
Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind-AS, IFRS) Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Up-to-date with latest tax laws and regulatory changes Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
