All Data Entries in all our Firms & Individuals on Daily basis.
Periodically reconciliation of Supplier / Customers Bills & Ledgers.
Periodically reconciliation of Bank accounts, Cash negativity, Cross Books, etc.
Determination & Payment of All applicable Statutory Dues, after verifying the available / eligible CREDITS under the relevant Acts, on or before their DUE DATES.
Quarterly Reconciliation of TDS Recoverable from 26AS in all Books.
Handling & maintaining all periodic accounting & its payments either Daily / Monthly / Quarterly / Annual expenses like Salary, Stipend, Wages, Any other Employees Benefits, electricity, phone, Rent, Interest payment, Insurance payment, Suppliers' bills, Customers' bills, Payments Vouchers, Receipt Vouchers, Bank Cheque Issued / Received either Physical or Online Inward / Outward Transfers, etc.
Sending MSME Act 2006 format and complete it from all the suppliers in all the required concerns.
Tracking S.O with R.O. for Advertisement Business & Job S.O with its relevant Expenses for Events Business, etc.
Making invoice, follow up of its recovery.
Preparation of Monthly Inflow / Outflow of Funds Statement in advance to make funds arrangements.
Maintaining Proper & informative Narrations to all Data entries.
Closure of Month Accounts by every 10th of the Next Month.
Get the Accounts Audited by the Auditor & File the required Returns well in advance of the relevant Due Dates.
Handling all monthly expenses like insurance payment, interest payment, electricity, phone bills, etc.
Accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Meets accounting and financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; and preparing special reports.
Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
