Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing day-to-day communication and expectations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure adherence to client specifications.
Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on account performance.
Support in developing strategies to acquire and retain high-value clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in signage, advertising, or branding industry.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
