Finance & Accounts Manager

to lead our financial operations in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounts department. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Ensure accurate and timely statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Manage internal controls, audits, and financial risk assessments. Supervise vendor payments, receivables, and reconciliation processes. Coordinate with management for financial planning and strategic decisions. Lead, train, and motivate the billing team to maintain high accuracy and productivity. Set team goals, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.

Requirements:

Qualified

CA

with

5-7 years of post-qualification experience

, preferably in real estate, construction, or service industries. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles and tax regulations. Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
