Job Description

M.Com with 10 plus years of experience. MBA Fin with 12 plus years of experience. Experience in Trust formed company accounting will be a added advantage.

Financial Operations:

Manage daily tasks like AP, AR, GL, payroll, cash management, and bank reconciliations.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare/review financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), analyze variances, and present findings to management.

Compliance & Controls:

Maintain internal controls, ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS, and oversee tax filings (GST, VAT, Corporate).

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise accounting staff, ensuring quality work and professional growth.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Coordinate annual budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

Audits:

Act as a liaison, coordinate, and support internal and external audits.

Strategy:

Provide financial guidance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Deep understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and regulations. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls
Candidates from Ernakulam preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
