We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and client success.
In our pod system, you'll play a dual role -- leading client relationships while acting as the Project Manager within your pod, ensuring seamless coordination between Strategy, Creative, and Delivery.
This role demands a proactive communicator who can think strategically, manage timelines, and drive campaigns from brief to execution with precision and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Strategy Management
? Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients -- building strong, long-term relationships.
? Understand client goals, challenges, and brand tone to translate them into actionable briefs.
? Contribute strategically to campaign ideation, positioning, and brand growth.
? Present creative ideas and campaign strategies confidently and persuasively.
Project Management (Pod Role)
? Lead the pod's workflow -- managing tasks, deadlines, and approvals across departments.
? Collaborate closely with Designers, Writers, Strategists, and Media teams to ensure project alignment.
? Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control from kickoff to delivery.
? Anticipate risks and resolve roadblocks proactively.
? Conduct internal reviews and ensure client feedback is actioned effectively.
Performance & Reporting
? Track deliverables, timelines, and KPIs across all client projects.
? Prepare and present performance reports to clients and internal leadership.
? Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and agency capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
? 3-4 years of experience as an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager in a reputed agency.
? Proven experience managing multiple brands or large-scale campaigns.
? Strong understanding of creative, digital, and media processes.
? Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills.
? Ability to translate creative ideas into business outcomes.
