Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports/statements.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial stability.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and support internal/external audits.
Implement and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Oversee invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide recommendations.
Manage and mentor a team of accountants/finance staff.
Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and strategy.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
Proficiency in accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master's or MBA preferred).
Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) is an advantage.
5-8 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
