Within the past year, the company has experienced substantial growth, expanding over 50 times from its initial stage. House Of EM5 is currently seeking talents in various domains to further scale the business, including roles such as Manager Operations, Influencer Marketing, Head of Branding, and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Account Manager at House Of EM5, located in Indore. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Senior Account Manager (Finance)

is responsible to oversee and manage the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.), financial reporting, and supporting audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting systems Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities when required
Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-6 years of relevant experience (CA Inter / M.Com preferred) 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS), compliance, and financial regulations Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
