Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of monthly deliverables and ensure timely closures.

Conduct regular client meetings (online & in-person) to maintain relationships and drive approvals.

Develop strategic campaigns aligned with client goals across short, mid, and long-term horizons.

Monitor industry and competitor trends to propose innovative, value-driven ideas.

Prepare performance reports, share insights, and lead internal discussions for planning.

Independently pitch, secure approvals, and execute campaigns across multiple clients.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet targets and manage escalations.

Lead team meetings focused on deliverables, timelines, and progress tracking.

Understand and manage invoicing, billing, contracts, and scope of work.

Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within client portfolios.

Manage inter-departmental approvals and ensure timely delivery of retainer tasks.
