Maintain daily accounting records, including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims
Maintain documentation for all financial transactions
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
