Designation: Sr. Account Executive

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Manage

retail sales schemes

such as accounts receivable, incentives, collections, schemes, and credit notes. Prepare

Cash Discount Credit Notes

as per agreed terms, identify payment discrepancies, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues. Accurately prepare and reconcile

quarterly client schemes

introduced by the company. Assist in the preparation of

quarterly and annual client benefits

by extracting and verifying data from accounting records. Ensure that all

credits are applied correctly

to the appropriate customer accounts. Monitor

customer accounts

for credits, deductions, and payment discrepancies to maintain accurate ledgers.

Resolve scheme-related issues

, coordinating effectively with internal teams (especially Sales) and external stakeholders. Ensure

timely electronic delivery

of credit notes to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce / Accounting / Finance

.

3-5 years

of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting functions. Strong

numerical and analytical abilities

. Sound understanding of

finance and accounting principles

. Excellent

time management

, organizational skills, and

attention to detail

. Proficiency in

Tally ERP

and working knowledge of

MS Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Proficiency in

SAP

Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
