Job Description

Technical Accounting Competence Evaluate their depth of knowledge and practical experience in:

Core accounting:

Journal entries, reconciliations, ledgers, P&L, and balance sheet preparation.

Statutory compliance:

GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other filings - accuracy and timelines.

ERP / software proficiency:

Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or equivalent systems.

Financial reporting:

Monthly MIS preparation, budgeting, and variance analys?s.

Audit readiness:

Familiarity with internal and statutory audit processes.

Banking & cash flow:

Bank reconciliations, payment scheduling, and fund tracking.

Experience:

2-5 Years

Accounts/Cost Accountant/ CA practitioner/Commerce with Accounts experience/MBA Finanance
