We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Professional with over 8+ years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, TDS, GST, and finalization of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations (sales, purchase, payments, expenses, receipts, etc.)
Maintain and reconcile books of accounts using Zoho Books
Manage GST filing, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support audits and assist with finalization of accounts
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required
Maintain proper documentation and records
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
Proficient in Zoho Books, MS Excel
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
Experience working with startups/SMEs (preferred but not mandatory)
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time: 4 hours daily, 5 days a week
Flexible timing within office hours
Compensation: As per experience and industry standards
