, be skilled in managing cost controls, billing, vendor payments, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
Manage accounts payable - vendor bills, supplier payments, and petty cash.
Manage accounts receivable - follow up on client payments and maintain credit control.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Reporting to management of company
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA Inter preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years of accounting experience
, preferably in catering, hospitality, or F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of
GST, TDS, payroll accounting, and event-based cost tracking
.
Proficient in accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
