1. Ensure maintenance of books of accounts. These include as a minimum; general journal, general ledger, purchase register, sales register, cash books, bank book, salary payroll.
2. Meet all auditing obligations YoY and ensure filling of IT returns on YoY within the stipulated time frame
3. Meet all statutory obligations related to financial, trading and secretarial aspects of running the business -TDS, GST filing, registration certificate .
4. Internal audit
5. Provide monthly management reports on finances in for the investors
6. Provide monthly P&L report, Receipts and Payment account and balance sheet, Investors sheet, Cashflow sheet, Collection expectation sheet
