Job Description

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for an EOT Crane manufacturing unit. The role requires strong experience in manufacturing accounts, GST compliance, costing, and coordination with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance

Maintain complete books of accounts including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations Handle accounts payable & receivable Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and cash flow management Monitor fund flow and working capital

GST & Statutory Compliance

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation) Handle E-Way Bills and GST compliance for interstate and intrastate movement Ensure compliance with TDS, TCS, Professional Tax, PF & ESI coordination Support statutory audits, GST audits, and assessments

Manufacturing & Costing

Maintain inventory accounting (raw material, WIP, finished goods) Job-work accounting and subcontractor billing Costing of EOT cranes including BOM, material, labor, and overheads Variance analysis and cost control Fixed asset accounting and depreciation

Billing & Commercial Activities

Prepare sales invoices, proforma invoices, and credit/debit notes Customer ledger reconciliation and follow-ups for payments Vendor payments and reconciliation LC, BG, and commercial documentation (if applicable)

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, and sales departments Prepare MIS reports for management Liaise with CA, auditors, banks, and government departments

Required Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com

Experience Requirements

5-8 years of experience in accounts & finance Mandatory experience in

manufacturing industry

(Heavy Engineering / Crane / Fabrication preferred) Hands-on experience with

GST ,TDS and inventory accounting

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
