: Accurately record daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and invoices, into accounting software.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
: Process invoices, manage payments to suppliers, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Bank Reconciliation
: Regularly reconcile bank statements with internal financial records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Payroll Assistance
: Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, calculating deductions, and ensuring timely disbursement of salaries.
Financial Reporting
: Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
