Key Responsibilities:
Interact with parents and students to explain the academic programs, curriculum, and admission process.
Understand the needs, expectations, and concerns of parents and address them confidently.
Counsel and convince parents for admission through effective communication and relationship building.
Follow up with leads (walk-ins, calls, and inquiries) and convert them into confirmed admissions.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and admission data.
Collaborate with the admission and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Participate in school promotional events, counselling sessions, and parent engagement programs.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in counselling or admission roles in a
school or college environment
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Strong ability to
understand and connect with parents' perspectives
.
Confident, persuasive, and empathetic personality.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
