About The Role:

Globsyn Business School is looking for an experienced Academic Counselor / Assistant/Deputy Manager - Business Development to guide MBA aspirants and support our student success initiatives. This role blends counseling + academic guidance + sales strategy, and is ideal for someone who has experience selling premium courses (MBA/PGDM) and possesses strong understanding of management education. You'll work directly with MBA students, helping them navigate academics, specializations, corporate readiness, and emotional well-being -- while also driving admissions and engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

*Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
*Minimum 5 years in: Academic counseling, Higher education sales/business development, Student advisory or EdTech counseling
*Experience selling or representing premium/elite education programs
*(MBA/PGDM) is highly preferred.
*Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
*Strong understanding of management education, curriculum, and corporate expectations.
*High emotional intelligence, patience, and student-centric approach.
*Proficiency in MS Office.
