Oversee day-to-day functioning of the centre.
Ensure timely scheduling of classes, exams, and events.
Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety standards at the centre.
Manage inventory, infrastructure, and learning resources.

Academic Coordination
Coordinate with faculty for syllabus completion, test schedules, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Monitor teaching quality and provide feedback for improvement.
Ensure regular student performance reviews and result analysis.
3.
Student & Parent Management
Address queries, concerns, and grievances of students and parents.
Conduct regular PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings).
Maintain high student satisfaction and retention rates.
4.
Team Management
Supervise support staff.
Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
Train, motivate, and build a result-oriented team culture.
5.
Sales & Business Development
Drive admissions to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
Build relationships with schools, tuition teachers and other stakeholders.
6.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of admissions, fees, expenses, and performance.
Share regular reports with management on centre performance.
Ensure compliance with institute policies and guidelines.
